The Recycling Operative will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality service to our customers ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment is in place at all times. The Recycling Operative will be based at any of the six sites operated by Bryson Recycling in Donegal.
The role will be to provide a support service to Tier 2 families with children 0 – 3 yrs, in a sensitive and non-discriminatory manner, offering practical and emotional support to enable families to manage their daily lives with increased confidence and independence. This will be offered to families living within the Bangor Sure Start catchment area including the temporary expansion of services into Donaghadee South 1.
As part of the Bryson team the Programme Support Officer will provide operational support to the staff team delivering the Step Into Employment Programme, Its main objective is to assist young people and adults with employability and training needs to overcome barriers to employment. This is achieved through the provision of work placements, pre-employment and recruitment programmes, vocational training qualifications, Essential Skills qualifications and social and personal development programmes.
The Parental Growth Team Lead will manage the Parental Growth team, coordinating and offering a home visiting service and delivering parenting, child and young people’s programmes to families with children aged 0-17 years of age in the ‘Thriving Communities’ area localities
