Bryson Care Children’s Service aims to provide a customer focused service to Tier 2 families (children 0 - 4 years) under stress, offering practical and emotional support to enable families to manage their daily lives with increased confidence and independence. (Tier 2 – Northern Ireland Family Support Model)
The post holder is required to assist in the delivery of a range of HR services across Bryson Charitable Group as directed by the HRD Manager, including recruitment and selection, attendance management, employee relations and the provision of management information. The HR Assistant as part of the HRD team will provide all necessary support as required to HR management and the business as a whole. This will involve the processing of routine HR duties and dealing with line management and employee queries as required.
