Bryson Care Family Services requires a;

Senior Administrator

(Ref: F/SA/L/1801)

Lisburn SureStart

Permanent

22 hours per week

Monday – Friday

£9.66 per hour with mileage

 

Job Purpose:

The senior administrator will be responsible for the operational management of the project’s administrative systems and financial processes. The post holder will liaise with all members of staff, to ensure that all administrative procedures are adhered to.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent:
    • OCR Level 3 Certificate for IT Users
    • OCR Level 3 National Certificate
    • BTEC Level 3 National Certificate

 

  • 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above to include English Language & Mathematics or equivalent
  • 2 years paid employment working in an administration role
  • 1 years’ experience of creating statistical reports, typing correspondence / minutes and producing financial reports
  • 1 years’ experience of finance including: processing invoices, petty cash and purchasing
