Receptionist

Permanent

16 hours per week (Monday 1pm-5pm, Wednesday 1pm – 5pm, Thursday 1pm-5pm, Friday 9am- 1pm)

£8.05 per hour

Bryson House Belfast – Head Office

 

Job Purpose

To assist with the provision of an effective and friendly reception service for Bryson Charitable Group at its headquarters.

 

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE English Language and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Operating a digital telephone switchboard
  • Use of franking and fax machines
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, within a working environment, to include; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills to include, written, oral and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised

 

Desirable Criteria

  • At least 1 years’ experience operating within a Customer Service environment
  • Working directly with the public
