Our Stakeholder Reports

Every year, we carry out a consultation process with our Commissioning Stakeholders. We issue a questionnaire to our Stakeholders which measures satisfaction with our sevice provision against seven main criteria areas. The criteria focuses on: meeting standards; engaging with stakeholders; being fair, accessible and promoting choice; continuous improvement; use of resources; making a positive impact; and the quality of reporting.
