Sign up NOW for Conwy Garden Waste Collections

Conwy residents can now sign up for garden waste collections starting in April 2021.

The fortnightly collection service is provided by Bryson Recycling, on behalf of Conwy County Borough Council. Using this service residents can recycle their garden waste from home in easy to use wheelie bins which are collected throughout the year. All garden waste collected is composted locally, so it also benefits the environment too.

The annual price for the service is £35 for one bin and £20 for each additional bin. Each household can have up to 4 bins. Costs are fixed for the year so residents are encouraged to sign up now to get their full year’s collections

Stephen Barlow, Team Manager at Bryson Recycling, said “We are pleased to be taking subscriptions for the service for the new collection year and I would encourage all residents, whether they are new to the service or not, to sign up as early as possible”.

The new subscription year will run from week commencing 19th April 2021 – 15th April 2022. The current subscription year has been extended by 2 weeks to make up for collections starting late last year. Residents who currently receive a garden waste collection need to renew their subscription or their collections will end in April 2021.
