Extreme challenge at Bryson LaganSports

The first step in the challenge involved the participants locating a grid reference as a meeting point, a series of educational workshops, bush craft skills and finally building a shelter to settle down for the night in the wild outdoors!  The following day involved 12 hours of physical and mental endurance, with the main objective to get to different checkpoints, using various modes of transport from hill walking to abseiling and paddling etc.  It was no mean feat!  The following morning the final challenge was to escape from a private island.

Nine enthusiastic people took part in the challenge as a fundraising activity for the NI Hospice and the feedback has been extremely positive, we hope more organisations will take on the challenge in the future.
