Bryson Care - staff celebration event in the North West

Staff from Bryson Care (Western Services) came together to enjoy lunch at the Waterfoot Hotel, just outside Derry City.  The celebration event was to recognise staff for their Learning and Development achievements over the last two years and also to recognise staff for their long service. Bryson Care are currently rolling out new domiciliary care services in Limavady and Derry City with many new staff joining the team in the North West.  A further expansion into Strabane will take place in February 2018.

Almost half of the staff members from across Bryson have been with the organisation 5 years plus and a quarter of staff have been with the Bryson Group between 10 and 34 years.  Having experienced and committed staff and a focus on continuous learning and development has allowed Bryson to weather the current economic storm.  It keeps the organisation current and relevant, allowing for flexibility and adaptability.  During 2016, Bryson was awarded the Investor in People Gold award recognising the commitment to staff development.
