Christmas arrives at Bryson

Staff from Bryson Intercultural welcomed Christmas during a festive coffee morning.  Staff from across Bryson were invited to attend and all monies raised are going directly to the Syrian Refugee Starter Packs and the people supported by the Asylum Advice Service. Staff got into the spirit by wearing Christmas jumpers, taking part in fun Christmas themed quizzes and enjoying festive homemade ginger bread cookies and shortbread.

Staff photographed below include Brendan Quail, Lilian Vellum and Sebastine Aluko James.

A big thank you to all the staff and volunteers in Bryson who supported the fund raising event - £200 was raised - fantastic effort.  The lucky winner of the hamper with a special afternoon tea voucher from Harlem was Mary Hegarty who works on the European Voluntary Service in Bryson.  Well done to all involved and enjoy the start of this Christmas season.

If you want to support the work of Bryson Intercultural by making a donation please contact Brendan or Nicola on bquail@brysonintercultural.org or nisbellthomson@brysongroup.org

Donations go directly to supporting the Starter Packs for new Syrian Refugees arriving in Northern Ireland and also to people seeking Asylum.  Many arrive with very little in the way or clothing or toiletries.  If you do have any clothes (particularly winter clothing) that could go to a good home please get in touch with Brendan or Nicola.
