Stakeholders

Our stakeholders are those who fund or commission our services. Every year we send out a survey which asks stakeholders to rate a number of questions regarding the service.

In 2007, 2008 and 2009 Bryson Education scored a rating of 100% in overall satisfaction from stakeholders.

Some particular results from the 2009 survey can be found below:

  • 100% of stakeholders rated their overall satisfaction with the service as good or very good.
  • 100% felt that we used our resources creatively. 
  • 100% felt we used our resources effectively.
  • 100% felt that we treated service users fairly and respectfully

 


Staff

Results from our bi-ennial staff survey showed that staff working for Bryson Charitable Group are satisfied and motivated in their jobs.

Here are some figures from the 2009 survey.

  • 95% of staff enjoy their job
  • 99% feel responsible for the quality of their work
  • 95% believe we provide a high quality of service to service users
