Recycling Operator

€10.36 per hour

Job Purpose:

The Recycling Operative will be responsible for the delivery of high quality service to our customers ensuring a safe and well maintained environment is in place at all times. The Recycling Operative will be based at any of the sites operated by Bryson Recycling in County Donegal.

 

Essential Criteria:

At least 6 months experience working in a Council owned Recycling Centre where you have:

  • Experience in educating customers in good recycling practices
  • Managed and recorded cash and  credit cards transactions
  • Operated weighbridge technology
  • Experience of WEEE collection/transfer paperwork and documentation
  • Experience of face-to-face customer service
  • Completion of Junior Certificate (or equivalent)

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • To have Operated a forklift with rotating head attachment and have the required certification
  • To have Operated a forklift with rotating head attachment and have the required certification
  • To have experience in operating a T40 Ken Mills horizontal baler
