Bryson Recycling requires a;

Fleet Manager

(Ref: R/FM/M/1700)



40 hours per week

Monday – Friday

(07.00 – 16.00)

£30,000 – £35,000 pa




Job Purpose:


To support the General Manager Kerbside in the continuous and effective management of the transport operation to ensure compliance with Operator’s Licence and requirements of the operations.


Essential Criteria:


  • 2 years within the past 5 years’ experience managing fleet of 10+ vehicles under a Standard or International Operator’s Licence
  • Demonstrable experience of budget preparation and management in an operational environment
  • Experience of implementation or management of Maintenance and/ or In-Cab software to monitor and improve driver performance
  • Full drivers licence which enables the holder to drive in Northern Ireland
  • Access to a vehicle or suitable transport for work purposes


Desirable Criteria:


  • Transport Manager Certificate in Professional Competence (CPC) – Road Haulage (must achieve this within 6 months)
  • Class C Licence and full Driver CPC
  • Driver Assessor Qualification
  • H&S Qualification
